dawson high gossip girl

Molly is a quiet girl at Dawson high. Inspired by gossip girl, she writes a blog focused on 'The HIve' aka the most popular kids in school. They are followed by scandal everywhere they go...

THE HIVE

Elena Hernandez- the queen bee. the most scandalous of them all. your typical nepo baby, daughter of a famous 90s model. Shockingly, she seems to have a good heart at times.

Aria Bell- the queen bee's toxic best friend. feels so so inferior to Elena. it seems like Aria hates her but no one knows why. ruthless, malicious and dangerous. this girl finds a rival in every female and loves to sabotage. someone needs to tell her violence is not the answer.

Davis Kitching- the hot boy. Aria's boyfriend but sometimes Elena just can't resist him. oops.

Lucas Anderson- the outcast. one of world's great mysteries is why Elena chose to be attracted to him. Maybe it's because his crush on her might make them seem in love, while Elena hides the Davis situation from Aria.

Constance Harrison- the social climber. she thinks she has what it takes to become queen bee. the hive only let her in because they pitied her. if she's up to any tricks she'd be sorted out soon enough.

Kelly Twain and Scarlet Bliss- the minions. loyal followers of Aria. professional gossip getherers

Prologue

I sat down and typed on my laptop...

Hello Dawson High, gossip girl here. Does anyone know about the missing it girl? If she doesn't show up in school tomorrow, I'll keep you updated. Spotted: A, C, K, D and S at a bar drinking cocktails. L and E? Nowhere to be seen. What's the tea? Are the bees buzzing in different flowers tonight? Or is it just the usual shenanigans they're hiding from us? The Hive's got more drama than a reality TV show, and let me tell you, it's juicier than a freshly squeezed orange at the school's breakfast bar.
xoxo, gossip girl.

Today's post, all done. I hit publish with a smug smile, feeling like the puppeteer of our school's social scene. The blog had taken off like wildfire, and everyone was eager to read the latest scoop on The Hive. I know what you're thinking. It's probably along the lines of this isn't gossip girl, or where is Serena or Blair or Nate? That's because this isn't THE gossip girl. It's my gossip girl. I was inspired by the original. Since I tend to stay in the background of things, I find out secrets. Nobody cares about saying secrets when I'm nearby. I'm quiet. I don't really talk much. So, I thought, why not put this gift of gablessness to good use? That's how the blog came about. The Hive? That's the name of the popular kids at our school, especially Elena and her entourage. They're the ones who have the whole school buzzing. And I have to keep my identity secret. Oh and by the way, I'm Molly. And this is my diary, just in case that when I die, this gets published as a memorial, like Anne Frank's diary, but for the writer of the most famous blog. I'm also gonna add in copies of some of my blog posts. If there's anyone reading this, the first paragraph is a blog post. That's how it's gonna go. It's a diary slash blog. How avant-garde of me, right?

Before I write about my life and stuff, I'm gonna give you a rundown on The Hive.

First up, Elena Hernandez. The queen bee herself. You know the type, right? Gorgeous, rich, and somehow, surprisingly kind when the mood strikes. She's got this magnetic pull that even the teachers aren't immune to. She struts down the hallways like she owns the place, and let's be honest, she kinda does. Her dad's a big shot in the fashion industry, and her mom? A 90s supermodel. Talk about genetic jackpot. She's got the looks, the brains, and the bank account to back it all up. But hey, even queens have their off days. And when Elena's not playing nice, watch out! She's got a sting sharper than a freshly sharpened pencil.

Then there's Aria Bell, Elena's ride-or-die. Toxic friendship goals, right? They say opposites attract, but in their case, it's more like two negatives make a positive. Aria's got this inferiority complex that's bigger than the school's budget deficit, which is saying something. She's convinced that everyone's out to get her, especially other girls. So, she hits them first. Metaphorically speaking, of course. She's not the kind to throw a punch in the hallways, but you can bet your bottom dollar she's got dirt on everyone. And if she doesn't, she'll just make some up. You don't want to get on her bad side, unless you're into having your reputation torn to shreds.

Davis Kitching, the eye candy. He's got the looks, the charm, and unfortunately for Aria, the wandering eye. Aria's boyfriend, sure, but let's just say Elena's got a knack for stealing the spotlight. And by spotlight, I mean Davis' attention. It's like a soap opera, but with designer clothes and a lot more sneaking around. If Aria ever finds out, it'll be more explosive than the school's chemistry lab on a bad hair day.

Lucas Anderson, the mysterious one. Why is Elena even giving him the time of day? Maybe it's because he's the complete opposite of the guys she usually goes for. The quiet, brooding type with a heart of gold. Or maybe it's because he's the only one who doesn't seem to know who her dad is. Either way, it's messy, and I'm living for every second of it.

And then there's Constance Harrison, the social climber. She's got more ambition than the entire school's debate team combined. The Hive let her in because she can be the sweetest, most charming thing when she wants to be. But cross her, and she'll sting you like you've never been stung before.

Now, let's talk minions. Kelly Twain and Scarlet Bliss are Aria's right-hand gals. They follow her around like she's the second coming of Beyoncé. They're the ones who spread the gossip faster than a wildfire in a dry forest. If you've got a secret, tell it to a tree, because if you tell it to them, it'll be all over school before lunchtime.

Alright, all that stuff over with. Nobody's ever gonna read this but just in case I do become famous I kinda have to. On with the diary...

Chapter 1

It's finally Monday. Last night seemed like forever. I was running through my head all the possibilities of where Elena and Lucas have been all weekend. Some of the comments had good ideas: kidnapping, family emergencies, or maybe just binge-watching the latest season of Bridgerton? But let's be real, knowing Elena, it's probably more like binge-partying at some rich kid's beach house. Anyway, I posted a quick update saying, "Still no sign of our MIA couple. Stay tuned for the juicy details when they finally decide to show their faces."

She'll probably turn up at school because she's desperate to get into Harvard. But I couldn't help thinking about some of those other possibilities. The walk to school was the same as usual. The same old grey buildings, the same old faces passing by, but today there was a buzz in the air that was extra electric. You could almost taste the anticipation on everyone's breath as they whispered about Elena and Lucas's weekend escapade.

As I stepped into the hallway, I saw the crowd of students part like the red sea, Elena walking down the middle. She had this look on her face like she'd just stepped out of a magazine photoshoot. Lucas trailed behind her, looking like he'd seen a ghost. Or maybe he'd just seen the state of his room after a weekend of Elena's "partying." They looked like they hadn't slept in days, and their clothes were definitely not from the school's dress code. But hey, when you're the queen bee, rules are more like guidelines, right?

The whispers grew louder as they approached. It was like everyone had turned into Sherlock Holmes, trying to piece together their weekend from the state of their outfits. A few people even took photos for "evidence." Classic. I couldn't help but feel a twinge of excitement. I had to figure out all the details for my blog. I reached in my pocket for my phone to take a photo, and for once i didn't even have to be secret because everyone else was. It's like I had the gossip superpower of invisibility.

Elena stepped through the crowd towards Aria, clearly going to tell her about her absence. I obviously lurked in the shadows behind them. Listening in on private conversations was my forte. "I'm gonna tell you what happened but swear not to tell," she said to Aria. Aria's eyes widened like she'd just been offered the crown jewels. Classic Elena, always playing with people's emotions.

I watched them retreat into the bathroom, the perfect place for juicy gossip. I could almost hear the sound of the door clicking shut as they stepped into the echoing tiles. My fingers itched to write down every word, but I had to be sneaky. I waited a beat, then slid in after them. Thankfully, the bathroom was mostly empty, the faint sound of running water and distant chatter the only company.

"So, what happened?" Aria's voice was low, urgent. I leaned closer to the door of the last stall, pretending to fix my hair in the mirror.

Elena sighed dramatically. "It was a wild weekend, Aria. Lucas's family has this amazing beach house. We had a party, it got out of hand. We just... needed some space." The way she said "space" had me raising an eyebrow.

"Wait, you guys are a thing now?" Aria's voice was sharp, like she'd just bitten into a sour lemon. "He's only with us bcause of you. He's clearly an outcast and you're popular. Raise your standards."

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Elena, the queen bee, had feelings for the outcast? It was like someone had taken the school's social hierarchy and shaken it like a snow globe. The rumors were going to be swirling like a tornado. I had to get to my locker and jot down some notes before I forgot the details.

As I walked away from the bathroom, pretending not to have heard a thing, I noticed a few glances thrown my way. Did they know? Did they suspect? I tucked my hair behind my ear and tried to play it cool. Just another day at the office for Gossip Girl.

But let's get real, it's not every day you catch the queen bee in a compromising situation with the school's biggest outcast. My mind was racing with potential blog post headlines. "Love in Unlikely Places: E and L's Secret Getaway," or maybe "The Hive's Secret Heartthrob: Is L More Than Just a Stepping Stone?" The clicks and likes would be through the roof.

The bell rang, signaling the start of first period. I slipped into my seat, notebook out and ready to capture the whispers that would surely fill the room. Mrs. Garner, oblivious to the drama unfolding around her, began her lecture on Shakespeare. But all I could think about was the juicy secret I had tucked away, just waiting to be spilled.

During class, I scribbled down every little detail I could remember. The way Elena's dress was slightly wrinkled, like it had been slept in. The shadows under Lucas' eyes that spoke of late nights and too much excitement. The way they held hands, trying to be subtle but failing miserably. It was like watching a live episode of my favorite reality show, but real.

As soon as school ended I got home as fast as possible and began to type...

Hello Dawson High, gossip girl here. I have all the details on the disappearance. You heard it here first, folks. E and L are back in the hive, but let's just say they've been stung by the love bug. And by love bug, I mean a wild weekend at a beach house that had more drama than a season finale of The Bachelor. So, grab your popcorn and settle in for the tea. First off, E looked like she'd just stepped out of a photoshoot for Vogue's "Just Got Dumped" edition. Her makeup was flawless, but her eyes had bags that could double as carry-ons. L, bless his heart, looked like he'd seen a ghost, and not the friendly kind that helps you with your homework. They waltzed into school today like they owned the place, and everyone's been whispering like it's a secret spy network. But here's the kicker. A, bless her soul, had a meltdown in the bathroom. She basically said L is only with E because E's the queen bee and he's just a sad little outcast. Ouch. I felt a bit sorry for him, but hey, he's got Elena wrapped around his little finger. Now, I know you're all dying to hear the juicy bits, so let's get to it. E and L had a secret love shack rendezvous at some fancy beach house. They partied like it was 1999, and apparently, it got so intense that even Elena had to take a step back. The whispers in the hallways are saying that it was a wild ride, complete with late-night skinny dipping and confessions of undying love. Or maybe just a crush that got a bit too serious too fast. Who knows with these two? But here's the real kicker. I've got the inside scoop that E's been telling A that it's all just a phase, a summer fling before she heads off to the Ivy Leagues. Classic E, playing with hearts like they're yo-yos. And L? Well, he's either head over heels or just playing along because, let's face it, who wouldn't want to be the guy who tamed the school's wildest bee? So, keep your eyes peeled and your ears to the ground, because this drama is just getting started. The Hive's got more twists and turns than a rollercoaster, and I'm not just talking about A's mood swings. Stay tuned for more juicy details. And remember, if you've got dirt, I've got the blog. the rest of dark revenge

KYLIE: The movies had finished. We were going to kill Kasey. Alexis and I slipped out of the house, creeping silently through the darkened streets. The air was cold, and a light mist hung in the air, making everything feel eerie and surreal. We both shivered, but not from the cold. We were shaking with anticipation and fear. When we reached the big house on the hill, we circled around to the back, avoiding the glow of the security lights. Alexis had a set of lockpicks she'd stolen from her father's toolbox, and in no time at all, we were inside. The house was empty, as we'd expected. We crept through the darkness, our hearts pounding in our chests. Alexis led the way, her fingers finding their way along the wall, guiding us deeper into the house. We found Kasey's room easily enough, the door left ajar by her absent-minded parents. I could hear her breathing softly, a low rhythmic sound. Alexis paused for a moment, her hand trembling on the door handle. "Are you sur...

Bryony's Bad Decisions

My name is Bryony, and I'm the editor-in-chief of FashionPlanet the most successful and salacious fashion magazine in the world. I'm not just good at my job; I'm amazing. My enemies? Maxine, mostly. She thinks she's got what it takes to be me, but she'll never understand the cutthroat nature of this business. Or maybe she does, and that's why she's my enemy. Either way, I don't have time for her crap. My husband, Mark? Eh, he's fine. He's a lawyer, which comes in handy when I need someone to sort out my latest messy divorce or help me cover up my numerous indiscretions. But let's face it, he's no Harold. Harold is my sugar daddy, my protector, my everything. He keeps me in the lifestyle I've become accustomed to, and in return, he gets my undivided attention. The sex is incredible, and he lets me do things that Mark would never even dream of. Like buy a new house in the Hamptons just for the weekends. Oh, and speaking of Mark, did I...
